WEDDING
COORDINATION

For the DIY bride, the hands-on groom, and the overly-helpful extended family, Month-Of Coordination is the perfect solution. After months of late night crafting and Pinterest-gawking until your eyes bleed, Month-Of Coordination offers all the support you need to truly enjoy one of the best days of your life.

Month of Coordination services may include a 2-hour consultation, custom wedding timeline, vendor management and coordination starting at one month prior to wedding date, and up to 8 hours of onsite day-of coordination including: guiding vendors, wedding party, and guests throughout planned timeline events, ceremony and reception set up, coordinate with musicians/DJ and cue song selections, distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors needed day of and access to our custom Wedding Emergency Kit.

WEDDING
PLANNING

For the couples who would prefer guidance each step of the way, we can often be the best solution. Whether we are starting from the very beginning or picking up where you left off, we are here to help. Our planning services are based on a sliding scale, depending on where you are at in the process. When your lives are fraught with school, work, family, and friends, spending hours researching each small detail can be tedious and extremely time-consuming. Here at Shelby Your Day Events, we live for that stuff. We thrive on the littlest of details, bend over backwards to resolve problems, make budgets, and provide artistic direction to capture the wedding of your dreams.

These planning services include one-on-one meetings, vendor referrals and communication, venue site visits, budget direction, contract review and negotiations, décor & design guidance, manage wedding website, rehearsal dinner, and includes all coordination services.
